After comparing versions of a Page you get into the compare versions view:

The section of Changing the versionThe author of the change, date, and summary are taken from the History tab and displayed.The arrows next to the version numbers let you move backward or forward through the version history for either side (From version or To version). You can also use the arrows above the boxes "From version_number to version_number" to quickly switch between version pairs. change-version.png
"Raw" changes tabThe "Summary" displays up to 4 categories that could have been modified: Page properties (title, content, syntax, etc.), Attachments, Objects and Class Properties. A category is displayed only if there are related changes. Except for 'Page properties', the rest of the categories can be expanded to see which items have been added, deleted or modified. Each item provides a link to the details that are listed in "Details".raw-summary.png
The "Details" section displays all the differences from a version to another.Red marks that something has been removed and green that it has been added.raw-details.png
 "Rendered" changes tabThe differences of how the Page has changed visually from one version to another. The warning marks the similar behavior as when viewing a previous version of the Page from the History.The parts of the content that have not been modified are hidden by default, but you can click on "Show context" button or on the "..."(ellipsis) to show more content. Red marks that something has been removed and green that it has been added.rendered-tab.png

FAQ

Why can't I see the changes made to Password or Email fields?

The changes made to the Object properties of type Password and Email are hidden (obfuscated) for privacy reasons.

The rendered diff is extremely slow

This could be due to how images are fetched to compare changes
