FAQ

Why am I not seeing the "Edit" button?

You may not be logged in, or you may not have edit rights for the Page.

Why am I not seeing the dropdown on the "Edit" button?

The dropdown is available only for advanced users.

When should the Form Editor be used?

Use the Form Editor when the Page contains structured information or a Sheet defined by the administrator (e.g., a blog entry, a contact form), otherwise there won’t be any form fields available. Structured Pages can be edited in a way that reflects the displayed Page, so the Form Editor may look like in-place editing.

Can I edit using the Form editor even if I'm a simple user?

Yes, the "Edit" button that simple users see can allow editing with the Form editor.

Why do I see a warning when trying to edit a Page?

It could be because the Page is locked by someone, or because you're trying to edit a protected extension Page.
