Programming Rights Impact on Distribution Wizard

Explanation
The Distribution Wizard must be executed using a user with Programming Rights when performing an upgrade of the flavor.
Extension Pages may need to be modified during the upgrade process. If the upgrade is performed with a user that does not have Programming Rights, these Pages might not be updated correctly. The following Pages may need to be modified by the Distribution Wizard and therefore require Programming Rights:
AppWithinMinutes.DynamicMessageTool (kept for backward-compatibility, not used)
AnnotationCode.Style
AppWithinMinutes.LiveTableEditSheet
AppWithinMinutes.ClassEditSheet
AnnotationCode.Script
XWiki.OfficeImporterAdmin

WikiManager.TranslationsIf the upgrade was already executed without Programming Rights:
- Log in with a user that has those rights.
- Open the affected Pages.
- Edit each of them with the wiki editor.
- Save the Pages without making any changes.
This ensures that the required updates are properly applied.
