Steps

Set a new password from the link the wiki mails you, which is what Authentication offers instead of sending the password you forgot, starting from the user name of your account.

1. Click "Forgot your password?" below the login form:

   

2. Type your user name — this form asks for the name, not for the email address — then click "Reset password":

   

3. Open the message the wiki sends to the address stored on your account, and follow the link in it.
4. Type the password you want from now on, twice, then click "Save":

   

5. Check that the wiki confirms the password has been set, then follow "Please login to continue" and log in with it:

   

FAQ

Why can the wiki confirm my request and still send nothing?

An account with no email address on its profile is a silent case: the wiki shows you the same confirmation, but it has nowhere to send the link and only notes it in its log. Ask an administrator, who can add the address to your profile or set a new password for you.

Why does the link in the message no longer work?

It expires one hour after you asked for it, unless an administrator chose another delay, and asking a second time makes the earlier link useless. Start again from the login form to get a fresh one.
