Steps
The notifications menu lists what happened on the wiki since you last looked, as described in Notifications.
- Click the bell in the top bar.
- Read the notifications listed in the menu.
- Click the check button of a notification to mark it as read.
- Note that the notification has lost its check button and changed background, which is how a read notification is displayed.
- Click "Clear All" to remove every notification received so far.
- Confirm the removal.
- Check that the menu is now empty.
FAQ
Why does the menu show a spinner when I open it?
The notifications are fetched when the menu opens, so the list appears a moment after you click the bell.
Does "Clear All" delete anything?
No. It only empties your own menu; the events themselves stay on the wiki and still appear in its activity.
