Steps

To export content in ODT (Open Document Text) or RTF (Rich Text Format) format:

1. Make sure your administrator has connected to an internal Office Server or connected to an external Office Server.
2. View the Page you want to export.
3. Click on the "More Actions" menu.
4. Select "Export" from the "Actions" section.

   

5. Select the ODT format or RTF:

   

6. Notice the Page being downloaded locally. 

FAQ

Is there any limitation for ODT and RTF exports?

For now, only single page export is possible in ODT and RTF formats.

Is there any way to trigger the export for ODT or RTF exports?

Yes, you can trigger an export in Office formats by replacing /view from the URL with /export and by adding the parameter ?format= along with the format supported by your Office suite. For example: http://server/xwiki/bin/export/Page?format=doc will export in doc format.
