Explanation
Before updating any links, the move/rename and copy operations wait for link indexing to complete. Link indexing is the process used to discover and record internal links between Pages, so that all Page references to the affected Page can be identified and updated.
If many indexing operations are running (for example, after recent Page updates or imports), this step may take longer.
If the waiting time exceeds 10 seconds and is unlikely to finish within the next 10 seconds, you are prompted to choose whether to continue waiting:

- "Continue waiting" ensures that all Pages that reference the Page are correctly discovered and updated.
- "Skip waiting" proceeds immediately with the operation, but some Pages that reference the Page may not be detected and updated.
You do not need to take any action if you choose to wait. The prompt is automatically dismissed once link indexing completes.
