		1	An administrator creates an account for someone who cannot register themselves, on a wiki whose registration is closed for instance. To add a [[user account>>doc:documentation.xs.admin.user.WebHome]]:

		3	1. Open the wiki administration and go to "Users & Rights" > "Users".(((
