Steps

To administer a Page:

1. View a Page.
2. Click on the "More Actions" menu.
3. Select "Administer Page" from the "Manage" section.

   

4. Notice the configurations available in the "Page Administration" section.

Why am I seeing "Administer Parent" instead of "Administer Page" in the "Manage" section?

It's because you're viewing a terminal Page, and terminal Pages can't be administrated directly (since they don't have child pages), thus the configuration will apply on their parent Page.
