1 Pasting a JIRA URL into the WYSIWYG editor inserts a ##jira## Macro displaying what that URL points at, instead of a plain link. What each kind of URL produces is listed in [[JIRA URL Conversion Rules>>doc:documentation.extensions.user.jira.paste-url.conversion-rules.WebHome]].

3 1. Open in your browser the JIRA issue you want to reference, or the JIRA search whose results you want to display.
4 1. Copy the URL from the browser address bar.
5 1. Edit the wiki page with the WYSIWYG editor and place the cursor where the issues should appear.
6 1. Paste the URL with the usual paste shortcut.
7 1. Save the page. The URL has been replaced by a ##jira## Macro displaying the issues it pointed at.(((
