Realtime WYSIWYG Editing Enabled by Default

Realtime editing is now enabled by default when editing the content of a wiki page using either the in-place or the standalone WYSIWYG editor. We encourage you to test it and report any issues you may find so that we can fix them before the new LTS version (16.10.x).
