XWiki Enterprise Manager 1.0 RC 1 Released
The XWiki development team is pleased to announce the release of XWiki Enterprise Manager 1.0 Release Candidate 1.

This is the first release candidate leading to XWiki Enterprise Manager 1.0.
The main new features is Wiki Manager GlobalSearch that implement a multiwiki version of search(), searchDocuments() and searchDocumentsNames(). It's also the first XEM released based on final 1.2 version of XE.

XWiki Enterprise 1.2 Released
This is the final 1.2 release, which brings a lot of improvements and new features. The main ones are:
- Improved performances
- Better Interoperability with Confluence
- Cleanup and improvements to the XMLRPC interface
- Recycle bin feature for deleted documents
- Minor edits and edit comments
- New users, groups and rights management UI
- Mail sender plugin to send emails from Velocity
- Watchlist feature to be notified of pages in documents or spaces
- Scheduler plugin and application to schedule Groovy scripts to be executed at given times
- New macro to display panels inside pages
- JODA Time plugin to perform dates computations in Velocity scripts
- Lucene search stabilized and now works in multiwiki setups
- New statistics API and UI
- Add automatic database migrations for easier XWiki installs

XWiki Enterprise 1.2 RC 3 Released
This is the third and hopefully last release candidate for the 1.2 version. It fixes several bugs, especially regading Oracle support. The final release is still planned for mid-January. See the release notes for full details.

XEclipse 1.0.1 Released
XEclipse is an Eclipse plug-in that allows the user to interact with an XWiki server directly from within the Eclipse IDE. It comes in two flavors: as an Eclipse plugin that can be directly integrated in the Eclipse IDE or as a standalone RCP application.
This release is mostly a maintenance release that fixes some serious bugs that prevented XEclipse version 1.0 to work correctly.

XWiki @ Javapolis
XWiki Developers will be at Javapolis 2007 on the OW2 booth. Javapolis is the biggest Java-related conference in Europe, drawing lot of people from many great projects.
Vincent Massol & jean-Vincent Drean will be available on the booth to meet new people and talk about XWiki. We will be demoing XWiki's applications range, from XWiki Enterprise Manager and XWiki Watch to XEclipse. XWiki Enterprise 1.2 and the new version of XWiki.org will be introduced to the world there.
We will also be performing a demo of XWiki Watch integration within the eXo WebOS on stage during the OW2 intervention.
